Digital Maps

What file formats are included with my purchase?

Most digital battle maps include high-resolution JPG and/or PNG files, along with a PDF version optimized for printing. Some maps include both gridded and gridless versions. Check the individual product listing for the exact file contents.

What resolution are the maps?

Our battle maps are designed for both print and virtual tabletop use. Standard VTT resolution is 140 pixels per inch (PPI) at 1-inch grid squares, making them compatible with all major VTT platforms without rescaling. Print versions are 300 DPI or higher.

Which virtual tabletop platforms are these compatible with?

Our maps work with any platform that accepts image uploads, including:

• Foundry VTT
• Fantasy Grounds
• Owlbear Rodeo
• Alchemy RPG
• Talespire
• Any other platform that supports JPG/PNG uploads

Can I print these maps?

Yes! All maps include a print-ready PDF at 300 DPI. A standard battle map prints at roughly 1 inch per grid square on US Letter or A4 paper (may require tiling across multiple sheets for larger maps). Our maps are also available as physical prints through our store.

Are these maps gridded or gridless?

Most maps include both a gridded and gridless version in the download. If you only need one version, both are in the same zip file.

What grid size do the maps use?

Standard D&D/Pathfinder 5-foot grid squares. The grid is drawn at 140px per square (VTT standard).

Orders & Downloads

How do I receive my digital purchase?

Immediately after your order is confirmed, a download link is sent to the email address you used at checkout. The link takes you to a zip file containing all the map files. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.

My download link expired. What do I do?

Contact us with your order number and we'll resend it right away.

Can I use these maps commercially?

Purchases grant a personal-use license only. You may use the maps in your personal games, stream sessions, or non-commercial content. For commercial use (paid games, products for sale, etc.), please contact us to discuss a commercial license.

Do you offer refunds on digital products?

Digital sales are final once a download link has been issued. However, if you experience a technical issue (corrupt file, wrong file delivered), we'll make it right immediately. See our full Refund Policy.

I'm a paid member — how do I get my store discount?

Paid members are automatically tagged in our system. Once your membership is active, a discount code or automatic discount will apply at checkout. If you're not seeing your discount, contact us and we'll sort it out.

Physical Products

How long does shipping take for posters and puzzles?

Physical merchandise is printed on demand by our partner Printful. Allow 2–5 business days for production, then standard shipping time on top of that. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Can I return a physical product?

We don't accept returns for change of mind, but we'll replace or refund any item that arrives damaged or defective. See our Refund Policy.
