We want you to be happy with every purchase from D&D ReinKarnated. Please read our refund policy carefully before completing a purchase.

Digital Products — All Sales Final

Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," all digital product sales are final and non-refundable once a download link has been issued.

We work hard to provide accurate product descriptions, preview images, resolution details, and file format information so you can make an informed purchase before buying. If you have questions about a product before purchasing, please contact us — we are happy to help.

Exceptions

We will issue a refund or replacement for a digital product if:

  • The file is corrupt or undeliverable — if your download link does not work or the file cannot be opened, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will resolve it immediately
  • The product was materially misdescribed — if what you received is significantly different from what was advertised (e.g., wrong file format, wrong resolution, different content entirely), contact us within 14 days

In these cases we will first attempt to correct the issue by providing a working file. If we cannot resolve it, a full refund will be issued.

Print-on-Demand Products (Posters, Puzzles, and Merchandise)

Physical merchandise is printed and fulfilled by Printful on demand. We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Buyer's remorse or change of mind
  • Incorrect size or color selected at checkout (please review your order carefully before placing it)

We will replace or refund a physical product if:

  • It arrives damaged or defective
  • It is lost in transit (after a reasonable investigation period with the carrier)
  • There is a manufacturing defect (e.g., significant color shift, misprinted image)

To report an issue with a physical order, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us through our contact page with:

  1. Your order number
  2. A description of the issue
  3. A photo or screenshot (for physical product issues)

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
