D&D ReinKarnated sells two types of products, each with a different delivery method. Here's everything you need to know.
Digital Products — Instant Delivery
Digital battle maps and assets are delivered electronically — no shipping involved.
- Delivery method: Download link sent to the email address provided at checkout
- Delivery time: Immediately upon order confirmation (usually within a few minutes)
- What to do if you don't receive your download: Check your spam/junk folder first. If it's not there, contact us with your order number and we'll resend it promptly
No physical item is shipped for digital orders. If you selected a digital product and are expecting a physical delivery, please review your order confirmation — you may have purchased the wrong item.
Print-on-Demand Products — Physical Shipping
Posters, puzzles, and other merchandise are printed and shipped by our fulfillment partner, Printful. Orders are not held in stock — each item is produced fresh when you order.
Production Time
Most orders enter production within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Production time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays outside our control.
Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. You can use that number on the carrier's website (USPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) to follow your package.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in our prices and are beyond our control. We cannot mark international shipments as "gifts" or undervalue them on customs forms.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated window, please contact us. We'll work with Printful to resolve the issue. See our Refund Policy for details on replacement and refund eligibility.
