Welcome to D&D ReinKarnated. By accessing or purchasing from our store at store.dndreinkarnated.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. About Our Store

D&D ReinKarnated sells digital battle map assets and print-on-demand merchandise for use in tabletop role-playing games (TTRPGs). Our products are intended for personal and small-group gaming use.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make a purchase. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Products and Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice
Digital product descriptions, preview images, and file specifications are provided in good faith and are as accurate as reasonably possible
Print-on-demand product dimensions, colors, and print quality may vary slightly from product previews due to manufacturing processes
We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time

4. Orders and Payment

Orders are confirmed upon successful payment processing
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods offered at checkout via Shopify Payments
By providing payment information you represent that you are authorized to use that payment method
We reserve the right to cancel any order we believe to be fraudulent or in violation of these terms

5. Digital Downloads

Digital products are delivered via download link to the email address provided at checkout
Download links are valid for a reasonable period; if your link expires, contact us and we will reissue it
Digital files are for personal, non-commercial use only unless a commercial license is explicitly stated in the product listing
You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share purchased digital files

6. Intellectual Property

All artwork, maps, designs, and creative content sold through D&D ReinKarnated are the intellectual property of their respective creators. Purchase grants you a personal-use license only. You may:

Use maps and assets in your personal TTRPG sessions (in-person or virtual tabletop)
Print physical copies for personal use

You may not:

Sell, sublicense, or redistribute the files or derivative works
Use the content in commercial products or paid services without a separate written agreement
Claim the artwork as your own creation

7. Memberships

Membership subscriptions are managed through our Ghost platform at dndreinkarnated.com. Membership terms, benefits, and billing are governed by the membership agreement presented at the time of signup. Shopify store discounts associated with membership status are a benefit of active membership and may be modified or discontinued at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, D&D ReinKarnated shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or store. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our store after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of material changes via email where possible.
